Staffing Options |
| The following positions are offered seven (7) days per week between the hours of 6:00 am - 11:30 pm. Any and all are available as part of a complete maintenance package. |
CLEANER
Performs all cleaning responsibilities as trained by our highly qualified supervisory staff, to insure top quality cleaning. Will clean, disinfect, polish and dust all necessary areas.

SECURITY
Performs security checks after each shift, to insure the areas that were predetermined to be locked are completely secured. Responsible for checking door (interior & exterior), gates, windows, lights, and fans to make sure the buildings are soundly secured. Alarms will be set.

CUSTODIAN
Will have the ability to communicate in English to our clients and their staff in order to complete their responsibilities. Will have the ability to perform all cleaning responsibilities with or without the use of maintenance equipment. Able to perform any set-ups and/or break downs before or after an event. Able to read an event calendar and set-up sheets as drawn up by the clients.

LIGHT MAINTENANCE
Has the same capabilities as the custodian, but the work load will be geared more towards the light maintenance chores. Trained to identify minor maintenance problems: i.e. lights out, leaks, broken items, etc. Performs these maintenance chores on a priority basis as determined by the onsite maintenance person, business manager, principle, etc. Has the responsibility to work hand and hand with other staff.

DAY PORTER
Maintains all of the same capabilities as the light maintenance person, but the job requirement will be geared more towards the educational setting.

CREW CHIEF
Specializes in supervising our cleaning staff during our break cleanups or any other project work that involves heavy cleaning: i.e. floor works, annual detail cleaning, exterior ground care, etc

BUILDING SUPERVISOR
Specializes in supervising the complete staff of light maintenance, custodians and cleaners to insure the utmost efficiently from the entire staff. Has a sound background in all the above categories (positions), so he can confidently perform his job.

AREA SUPERVISOR
Has the same responsibilities as the building supervisor but Buck Services, Inc. wishes to use their talents at a number of different sights.

The below positions are offered during the weekday shift with weekend responsibilities.

MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Very highly trained individual dealing with the integral parts of maintaining the facility. Has the responsibility to supervise the entire cleaning, custodial, and maintenance staff for the entire facility. Qualified to perform a variety of maintenance services. Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly checks to insure that all systems are running properly.

FACILITY MANAGER
Maintains a higher skill level in administration than the maintenance engineer, but the overall performing of maintenance services is lesser. Highly skilled in dealing with all degrees of staffing to ensure the entire facility and personnel are running smoothly. Becomes the most integral part in developing the most complete package that Buck Services, Inc. has to offer. |
